How to delete your data

Delete your Meetscape account (app)

1. Open Meetscape and go to You → Settings → Privacy Center.
2. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Your account is hidden immediately. After 30 days your profile, photos, matches, messages and other content are permanently deleted. You can sign back in within those 30 days to cancel.

Remove yourself from the waitlist

Email privacy@meetscape.app from the address you signed up with, or send a privacy request through our contact form. We delete waitlist entries within 7 days.

If you used Facebook, Google or Apple to sign in

Deleting your Meetscape account deletes the data we received from those services. You can also remove Meetscape’s access in your Facebook, Google or Apple account settings.

What we have to keep

Some records must be kept by law even after deletion, such as payment records for tax purposes and security logs required by section 32 of the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016. These are kept without your name where possible and deleted when the legal period ends.
