Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Meetscape is operated by Meetscape, Karachi, Pakistan. Meetscape is being incorporated as a private limited company in Pakistan with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
• You must complete identity and age verification when asked. One account per person; accounts can’t be sold or transferred.
• You must not use Meetscape if you have been removed from it before, or if the law forbids you from using it.

3. What Meetscape is

Meetscape helps adults discover people, communities, plans, events, travel companions and opportunities, and meet in real life. It is a platform for meeting people, not a dating service. Hosts, venues, businesses and other members are independent of Meetscape; we are not a party to arrangements between members.

4. Your account

Give accurate information, keep your login secure and tell us about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity on your account.

5. Community rules

You must follow our Community Guidelines. In short: be real, be respectful, respect consent, keep it lawful, never ask anyone for money. Harassment, hate, threats, scams, impersonation, sexual content, content involving minors and non-consensual imagery are prohibited.

6. Meeting in real life

You decide whether to meet anyone. Verification lowers risk but cannot guarantee anyone’s identity or behaviour. Meet in public places, tell someone you trust, use the in-app safety tools and read our safety guidance.

7. Content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give Meetscape a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it inside the service so we can run Meetscape. We may remove content and restrict or close accounts that break these terms or the law.

8. Bookings, tickets and payments

• Prices, fees, taxes and the cancellation policy are shown before you pay. There are no hidden fees.
• Payments are taken by our payment providers on their secure pages. We never store full card details.
• Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy and the policy shown at booking.

9. Memberships and subscriptions

Optional paid features (for example Founding Membership or Meetscape+) are described clearly before purchase, including price, duration and what is included. Purchases made through Apple or Google are also governed by their terms. Safety features, reporting, blocking and basic verification are always free.

10. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation to buy. Your position is an estimate; we may invite people in a different order, for example by city or to keep events balanced and safe. Fake or automated sign-ups and their referral credit are removed.

11. Acceptable use of the service

Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload or attack Meetscape, create accounts by automated means, or use it for advertising or recruiting without our permission.

12. Intellectual property

The Meetscape name, logo, design and software belong to Meetscape. You may not use them without permission, except as allowed in our brand guidelines.

13. Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, put others at risk or where the law requires. Serious cases may be reported to the authorities.

14. Disclaimers and liability

Meetscape is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it safe and available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or guarantee any outcome from meeting people. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the conduct of members, hosts or venues, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Pakistani consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

15. Complaints

You can complain about content, conduct or our service through our grievance process or to grievance@meetscape.app.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes in advance; continuing to use Meetscape after they take effect means you accept them.

17. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the courts of Karachi, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim before a consumer court where you live.
